We have specific solutions for weight loss, energy levels, and building or maintaining strength to do what you always have enjoyed--especially as we age. You can choose our group classes or personal training delivered in small, semi-private sessions.
POWER has been our flagship total body program for over a decade. Group classes up to 16 people with one trainer. Everyone does the same workout with any modifications for your personal needs that day. This approach has equal parts strength and cardio to to, tone your body, burn fat, and increase your metabolism.
PRIME is semi-private personal training that brings together the camaraderie of a group class with all the personalized coaching of private training. We cap classes at five people, so you get our highest level of attention--custom workouts and individualized based on your body and specific goals.

I'm from Texas originally. I was a multi-sport athlete growing up, and I was on both the college football and power lifting teams at Arkansas Tech University. I served in the ARMY from 2004 - 2008. I received my CSCS, was a college strength coach and gym manager for several years before moving to Nashville. I have worked with thousands of athletes and individuals over the years--from pro athletes to my very own grandmother.
I joined the Iron Tribe team in 2017. It's helped me fulfill what I know God has designed me to do--help people achieve wellness, physically, mentally and spiritually.
My passions are my two kids, MJ and George. You will see them running around the gym with my beautiful wife, Kait (who is an amazing athlete herself). Also I enjoy woodworking and building furniture in my spare time. My family and I live in Gallatin near the water.

What if I can't make all nine of the classes?
No problem. You can make up any classes along with your fellow athletes in small groups with a coach. You can even make-up a class at another area Iron Tribe.
Is your 100% satisfaction guarantee real?
Yes. You'll need to complete the Challenge per the rules/terms and post about your experience on social media. But, if you do those things and are not satisfied with our service, we'll refund your investment. More details at your Orientation Session.
What happens after the Challenge?
There's no obligation to stay at our gym after the Challenge; however, if you want to join, we'll discuss some special ways to do that.
